Bookings + Cancellations

When booking services through the Platform, you agree to the following:

Appointments must be scheduled at least 1 hour in advance (unless walk-in availability applies).
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of service cost.
No-shows may result in forfeiture of deposits or membership credits, subject to cancellation charge of 100% of service cost.

Memberships + Cancellations

If you purchase a membership or subscription:

Terms, benefits, and renewal details will be disclosed at purchase.
Memberships may renew automatically unless canceled 30 days prior to the renewal date.
Refunds are provided only per the Company’s policy, stated in membership agreement.

Payments

All payments are processed through SQUIRE, Stripe, and as of Jan 1, 2026, will be processed through Boulevard.
You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your booking, membership, or purchase.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted and are subject to change without notice.

E-Commerce and Retail Sales

Retail products and gift cards (physical and digital) are typically non - refundable. Some situations may warrant a refund, at managers discretion.

User Content

If you submit or post content (such as reviews, photos, or testimonials):

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display your content for promotional purposes.
You agree that your content will not infringe any third-party rights or contain unlawful material.

Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, images, logos, and software on the Platform are owned or licensed by the Company and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
